Tuna Salad With Walnuts and Apples
4 Servings
1/3 Cup low fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 cans of Albacore Tuna
1/2 large apple
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 red onion
2 whole whole wheat pitas cut in half
lettuce
Directions:
Mix together mayonnaise and lemon juice add next 4 ingredients. Put in pita pockets with lettuce.
