Delicious Chicken Salad
Foods That Help Burn Fat
Here is a quick yummy lean high protein meal.
- 10oz of fresh of canned white meat chicken
- 1 mango peeled pitted and cut up in cubes.
1/4 inch pieces(1 cup)
- 1 celery stalk, minced (1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup minced parsley
- 8 oz. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 4 cups fresh salad greens
- 1/4 cup crushed unsalted peanuts (unsalted more healthy)
1/4 inch pieces(1 cup)
Place first seven ingredients in a medium bown and fold to combone ingredients.
Scoop about 3/4 cup of Chicken salad on top of lettuce greens. Sprinkle 1 tsp of crushed peanuts on top.
