Foods That Help Burn Fat
Here is a quick yummy lean high protein meal.

  • 10oz of fresh of canned white meat chicken
  •  

  • 1 mango peeled pitted and cut up in cubes.
    1/4 inch pieces(1 cup)
  •  

  • 1 celery stalk, minced (1/2 cup)
  •  

  • 1/4 cup minced parsley
  •  

  • 8 oz. plain low-fat yogurt
  •  

  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  •  

  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  •  

  • 4 cups fresh salad greens
  •  

  • 1/4 cup crushed unsalted peanuts (unsalted more healthy)
  •  

Place first seven ingredients in a medium bown and fold to combone ingredients.

Scoop about 3/4 cup of Chicken salad on top of lettuce greens.  Sprinkle 1 tsp of crushed peanuts on top.
