serves 1

Ingredients:
1/2 cup part skim ricotta cheese or nonfat ricotta cheese
1/3 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon stevia (natural healthy sweetener)
5 dark chocolate chips

Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients in bowl. Place in dessert bowl and sprinkle chips.
