This can make it challenging and frustrating when trying to lose weight. You may find a great weight loss program but it won’t work if you are not in the right frame of mind. If you don’t have the right attitude.

mental attitude. Its amazing how our thoughts and attitudes effect our weigh loss. What are some ways to get a strong mental attitude?
Here are some techniques that has helped myself and thousands of other successfully lose weight and KEEP IT OFF.
1. Write Down Specific Goals
You may be saying yea yea I hear this all the time. Have you tried it consistently? If
you are serious and real want to transform your body and be healthy write down your
goals in detail.
Write why you failed the last time you tried to lose weight. Was it no time? Was it a lack of motivation or maybe a lack of direction? Was there more stress or other negative things happening in your life at that time that effected your weigh loss plans? This can help you see particular unhealthy patterns of attitude that Sabotage you weigh loss
plans.
Write down all the things that your extra weight is stopping you from doing and how it is affecting you. Are you wanting a relationship? or wanting better health? Maybe you want to be more active with your kids. Are you missing out on things? How about your self confidence?
Write down weekly, monthly and six month goals. Don’t be unrealistic. Experts agree 2 pounds a week is a healthy most effective way to lose weight and keep it off.
Look At Them Daily
See yourself reaching those goals. Throughout the day when certain situations pop up
that won’t be helpful for you weigh loss goals, remember the picture you saw in your
mind of the person you want to become. The clearer the picture the stronger the image
is for you.
Think about how different your life will be when you are healthy and fit. This helps you make the right choice when those situations come up.
Tell your self how you are getting more fit and healthier each day. Our minds are powerful and with the right attitude you can change old bad habits with good ones. Goals will keep you on track.
