DUMBBELL SQUATS

Start: Stand and grab dumbell for each hand.
Step 1: Stand upright with dumbbells to your sides or like picture.
( I like to hold them down at my sides)
Step2: Lower until thighs are just past parallel to the floor. Lift up until knees and hips are straight.
Repeat
Very Important Tips
Keep you head looking forward, your back straight, chest out and arms are straight at sides. When squatting down don’t let knees extend over your toes. Keep your butt out like your sitting down. Keep feet flat on floor with equal weight.
