SQUAT THRUSTS
This works the muscles: gluteus maximus, quadriceps, hamstrings, spinal erectors, and gastrocnemius

Start: Stand up with your feet together. Squat down and place your hands on the floor next to your feet. quickly jump feet backwards into a push-up position, quickly jump feet back between hands and stand up. Make it more challenging by adding a jump after you stand up.
Repeat.
RENEGADE PUSHUPS AND ROWS
The pushup works your pecs, upper back, biceps, triceps and pretty much the whole core of the body. The rows work your back muscles.

Start: Get in a push up position,
gripping a pair of dumbbells begin with a push up then pull one dumbbell up towards your arm pit. Do another push up and then lift the other arm dumbbell towards your arm pit.
Repeat
