This is not a healthy food to eat. Many of these peanut butters are made with the same
kinds of sugars as frostings. They strip all the healthy fats out of the peanuts and load
it up with all kinds of chemicals and sugars.
The natural healthy fats that are in peanut butter help satisfy your appetite and help control cravings and keep blood sugars stable.
When you look at real peanut butter all you see is peanuts and salt. And most just add small amounts of salt. You can get unsalted as well. Peanut are very healthy for you BUT don’t go hog wild with this because it is high in calories. In small amounts it makes for a delicious satisfying healthy meal or snack.
3. Pretzels
This is considered a “LOW FAT SNACK”. The are low in calories but the problems is that
when consumed it raises your blood sugar level just like eating white sugar. This can
cause more cravings for unhealthy foods.

Yes yogurt is very healthy for you but this kind of yogurt is loaded with sugars. Look at
The ingredients and you will see High Fructose Corn Syrup in the top 3. This is absolutely horrible for you.
A healthy food to eat would be to use an organic low fat yogurt and add fresh fruit. If you like blueberries or cherries they taste even sweeter when they are frozen.
5. Granola
Often disguised as whole grains goodness is tons of added sugar. Most have added
additives and added flavors. This is higher in fat then most other cereals.
A healthy option would be to choose the ingredients that you enjoy, like dried fruit (without added sugar), oats, sunflower seeds, almonds, and other whole grains. Don’t sweeten it with SUGAR instead use honey or agave nectar.
6. The Sunshine Drink Called Sunny D.
It’s made with orange juice so it has to be healthy right? Brilliant marketing at it again.
This is basically like drinking liquid sugar. Sunny D only contains 2% real juice and has the dies yellow #5 and yellow #6. It is loaded with chemical sodium benzoate, sodium
hexametaphosphate and corn syrups. Sound So healthy doesn’t it?
One way to eat healthy food is to eat fresh juicy oranges.

Many foods claim themselves as healthy diet foods when they are absolutely not. Stay
away from package food products. Eat foods that are in their natural state.
Don’t listen to the claims of being healthy. Check the labels yourselves and you be the
judge.
When you read the ingredients and you can’t pronounce the words, its a good indication that these foods are not healthy.
