Not only food but what about the lotions we put on our body and the cleaners we use. These chemicals affect our immune systems and can cause our bodies to dramatically stop burning fat. Our bodies will function much better if we get rid of the chemicals plaguing our systems. Change the toxic foods with toxic free organic foods. Think about the other type of products you use and how they can wreak havoc on your body.

  • Veggies like Broccoli
  • Dark leafy veggies like spinach
  • Healthy fats… like almonds or walnuts

  • Daily (organic) Low fat plain yogurt
  • Whole grain like barley and oats

Switching the bad foods with good foods will fire up your metabolism.

Step 3 Putting Your Body In Balance

  • Eat 5 to 6 times a day. These small meals help keep your metabolism burning. It will help you stay satisfied, keep your energy levels up and speed up your metabolism.
  • Eat protein in each meal with a small combination of complex carbs and fats.

For example 40% carbs,30% fat and 30% protein.

  • Don’t eat after 9:00 pm
  • Never skip meals. This will dramatically slow your metabolism down and make you fatter.
  • Get good sleep at least 7 hours.
  • Drink lot of water

It’s not only about exercise and reducing your calories. The quality is what really counts and that will make lasting changes. It’s the small changes you make each day that lead to massive changes.
